Grayson’s COVID-19 response

To our customers,

The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting everyone of us. We are adapting and responding in our own way, and Grayson wants to ensure our community that we are taking steps to protect the safety of our customers and our team.

The showroom is now open and accepting customers. We are open Monday through Friday from 9 - 6pm. Saturday from 10 - 6 pm.  If you would like to make an appointment, please call our showroom at (888) 432-4477 or make an appointment online.

Summer Promotions:
We will continue to promote our limited time offers with competitive pricing. If you would like to take advantage of these promotions we are offering the option to delay delivery. In order to delay the delivery please send us an email and reference your order number to csr@graysonliving.com

Complimentary E-Design Service: 
Get access to exclusive deals with e-design service. Our designer is ready to offer virtual design services and answer any questions you may have - from fabric sample requests, catalog shipments, CAD designs and inspiration boards. Our designer are ready to accommodate your requests virtually and meet you wherever you are.  

Changes to White Glove Delivery:
Some of our shipping partners will not be performing white glove home delivery services. We will continue to deliver to residences, but our team cannot enter their homes for the safety of both our customers and our shipping partners. 

Our customer service team is available to work with you on the best delivery option, and answer any questions you may have regarding the precautions we’re taking to protect your health and safety.

Health And Safety:
The health, safety and well-being of our community is of utmost importance to us. We are following state and local government and health guidelines, and we have taken the following precautionary measures to promote health and safety in our showrooms during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Our appointment model allows us to limit the number of customers in our showroom at any point in time. Our design associates will wear masks during your appointment, and we will require the use of masks by customers. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will also be available. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitization in our showrooms, and have decreased the length of appointments to allow for cleaning between each appointment.

We have implemented a protocol for employee symptom monitoring, and employees are required to stay home when showing symptoms or signs of sickness. Additionally, customers displaying symptoms or signs of sickness will not be allowed to enter the showroom.
