How Will My Order Ship?
We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. The delivery options will be noted in the shopping cart and confirmed at checkout.
How it works:
1.) Checkout: Choose a Delivery Option for your order at checkout. Available delivery methods vary by item; all service options will be displayed in the shopping cart.
2.) Shipment Confirmation: In-stock orders will be processed and scheduled for pick up at the manufacturer's warehouse. We'll send you a shipment confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.
3.) Transit: Order is shipped to a Local Delivery Terminal. A Large Parcel carrier transports your order with care to a delivery professional in your area.
4.) Delivery Appointment: Upon arrival, the local terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window.
5.) Day of Delivery: Welcome your new order home! Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. Any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order should be noted on the delivery receipt provided by the driver. Then contact us for assistance.
Room of Choice Delivery: Standard for Orders Over $500
Our less-sweat method, the Room of Choice Delivery option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your item(s) inside, and place it in the room of your choosing.**Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)
All-Inclusive Delivery & Assembly: $279 per order
Our easiest, no-sweat method, All-Inclusive Delivery takes your item from delivery to assembly. A delivery team will bring your item(s) inside and place it in the room of your choice.* Packaging will be removed and disposed of, followed by basic assembly for your convenience.**Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)
**Assembly includes light setup requiring basic tools, such as a screwdriver. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Other items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product page on our site includes the estimated Lead Time, "Usually ships in ," to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse.
Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
If you live in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory—in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands—additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply
Exclusions: Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges per item or per order amount. The total item shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout.
Grayson Living is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Free shipping applies to Curbside Delivery only and excludes any assembly or White Glove services. Please note that the majority of our items ship without a signature requirement and are left up to the discretion of the delivery driver.
Small parcels typically ship within 5-10 business days via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Any larger items generally ship within 2-4 weeks and are delivered to the curb in front of your building or residence with Curbside Delivery. If you anticipate needing assistance with your shipment once it arrives, we recommend arranging for support from family or friends, or upgrading to our White Glove shipping option.
We are happy to offer White Glove services for an additional flat rate of $279. This service may require more shipping time, and is only available in select areas. With White Glove services, the delivery driver will bring the packaged product into your home to the room of your choice, provide up to 30 minutes of unwrapping and standard assembly, and remove any packaging or debris.
Our White Glove shipping does not support any wall mounting, electrical wiring or plumbing services that may be be required, so please make any additional arrangements necessary with the appropriate professionals.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a valid street address. In-stock items purchased as-is from our Caracole and Bernhardt collections ship 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. Any custom or specialty items are made to order, and are subject to the manufacturer's production times. Please contact us for availability and further information regarding custom-made furnishings at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Caracole can ONLY be shipped within the US. All Caracole orders must ship by LTL freight. Caracole orders do not ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
