- Disclaimer: The crystal clear acrylic that John-Richard uses on some items is a wonderful decorative material.
- Over time, very fine scratch marks may appear on the surface of the acrylic through normal dusting and cleaning.
- These small scratches can easily be removed using commercially available acrylic cleaning/repair products.
- Under no circumstances should any abrasive pads, cloths, etc., be used on acrylic.
- Disclaimer: Items made of solid brass may tarnish over time.
- Many people appreciate this natural patina taken on by the metal.
- If the item becomes unevenly patinated and you wish to bring it back to its original look, you may use commercially available brass cleaners to bring back the sheen.

Standard Shipping (Estimated 8 - 13 business days in transit)
Standard Shipping includes an appointment and delivery to the nearest dry area of your home. Item will be left in the box, without unpacking any shipping materials. A signature will be required upon delivery, unless your order is shipped with UPS or other small parcel carrier. Small parcel carriers do not make appointments prior to delivery. Please note that stairs are not included with this delivery service.
White Glove Delivery (Estimated 12 - 16 business days in transit)
White Glove service includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, assembly, and removal of large packaging materials.
Return Policy
