I ordered a coffee table online from Grayson. Communications were good to advise when I could expect delivery. I love the text updates, and the fact that the online system was updated. The delivery team called ahead of delivery (as promised), and they arrived within the designated delivery window. They were in and out with the white glove delivery. I love the table, and I have no complaints. I'll definitely consider Grayson for future furniture purchases.

I bought a beautiful console from Grayson. The console was packed extremely well but there were some minor flaws that I discovered upon opening the packaging. I followed their claim process and submitted lots of required photos and information. They promptly provided a partial refund to compensate for the flaws. I was happy with the resolution and will probably buy from them in the future

Best prices on the internet for high quality, name brand furniture. Shipping is not the fastest or overnight because items must be secured by the manufacturer but this is reasonable and expected when dealing with furniture, and totally worth it.
