Floor Sample Definition

Floor samples are display models of our products that have been used for demonstration purposes in our showroom or retail space. These samples may have been handled by customers and staff and may show signs of wear and tear consistent with their use as display models.

Floor Samples Shipping

Shipping Floor Samples is available for $250 for standard delivery, no unboxing for shipping inside the state of California, and $350 for white glove inside the state of California. For shipping outside the state of California, shipping may be available starting at $350 for standard devlivery no unboxing and $450 for white glove delivery. Condition Disclosure

While we strive to maintain the highest standards for our floor samples, customers should be aware that minor imperfections such as dings, nicks, scratches, or slight discoloration may be present. These imperfections are common and do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product. We encourage customers to inspect floor samples thoroughly before making a purchase.

Floor samples are typically offered at a discounted price compared to brand new, boxed products. This discounted pricing reflects the fact that floor samples may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections. Customers can expect to receive a fair and competitive price for floor samples, taking into account their condition and value.

No Returns or Exchanges for Disclosed Imperfections

Given the discounted pricing and the nature of floor samples, we do not accept returns or exchanges solely based on imperfections disclosed at the time of purchase. Customers are advised to carefully inspect floor samples and ask any questions before completing their purchase.

OPEN BOX ITEMS

At Grayson, we offer open box items at significantly reduced prices. These items are generally in excellent condition but may have minor cosmetic imperfections. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are final.

Open Box Definition

Open box items are products whose packaging has been opened, and the item inside may or may not have been removed. Each open box product is inspected to ensure it meets standards for safety, functionality, and cleanliness at the time of purchase.

Open box items follow our general shipping procedures.

Condition Disclosure

Each open box item has been inspected to ensure it’s in good condition. If any cosmetic defects are present, the customer will be notified at the time of purchase prior to shipping. If you have any questions about an open box item, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note we are unable to take photos of open boxed products prior to purchase.
