• Applicable only for orders shipping with White Glove Delivery and Set Up.

• The first flight of stairs is included with your White Glove Delivery. Additional flights of stairs are charged at $75 per flight for individual items weighing less than 225 pounds. Overweight items are subject to a specialized quote.

• Actual conditions may vary. If the delivery team determines they are unable to complete your delivery safely, then your delivery may be downgraded to standard delivery, or rescheduled with a more equipped team, if available.

Delivery reminders: Measure doorways, stairways and designated location to be sure your merchandise will fit. Clear a pathway and area to where you intend to place your merchandise. The carrier is not responsible for moving or disposal of your current furniture. Inspect your delivery prior to accepting and signing the delivery documents. All damages or missing parts must be identified upon the date of receipt.

• No charge address changes must be received no later than 30 days from your current estimated ship date. Otherwise, your request is subject to an additional processing fee and dependent on carrier approval.

• For orders that have shipped or are preparing to ship, your request is subject to a $75 processing fee and dependent on carrier approval. A member of our logistics team will update you to confirm whether the address change can be completed.

Additional shipping fees may apply for orders requiring a transfer to a different delivery facility, typically for requests made 25+ miles away from the original address. Note that not all requests can be accommodated, and changes may cause a delay to your final delivery date.

• Certificates of Insurance (COI) are processed by a third party. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your COI request.

• Certificate of Insurance is only required for white glove deliveries with agents entering the property.

What is a COI? Certificate of insurance is an insurance ID card that summarizes business insurance coverage, and contains important basics like policy expiration date, individuals covered, and dollar amount of coverage. Buildings may require a COI to verify coverage on any personnel performing work within the property, including delivery agents.

• Estimated shipping dates cannot be delayed, and orders ship as they become ready.

• For orders shipping with white glove delivery, scheduling is available once your items arrive at the final delivery station and includes 5-7 business days of free storage.

• For orders shipping with white glove delivery, paid storage is available for an added fee. Storage fees start at $200 for up to three items, and delivered no later than 60 days from your estimated ship date (subject to availability). Each additional month is billed at $200 per month, with a one month minimum, subject to availability.

Prompt payment is needed at time of invoicing. Failure to pay storage fees will result in the return of your merchandise to our California facility and will be subject to return fees.

Once your order is released from storage, please allow 5-7 business days to prepare your order for scheduling. This time is needed for processing and inspections. Delivery appointments are scheduled based on routes and availability. A specific date for delivery may not always be accommodated.
