Shipping & Returns: Sample Materials

All samples (including wood finishes, fabric, and leather cuttings) are subject to the following shipping terms:

  1. Direct Shipment: All samples are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse where the product is created.

  2. Shipping Timeframe: Sample requests are processed promptly; however, shipping and delivery times can vary between brands. Please allow 7–10 business days for your samples to arrive.

  3. Shipping Cost:

    • Wood Finish Samples (Paid Vendors): For samples requested from Bernhardt, Made Goods, and Universal Furniture, the required sample fee covers your request, and no additional shipping charges will be applied to this specific fee product.

    • All Other Samples (Free): Samples for all other brands/vendors are complimentary and are shipped free of charge.

Samples Return Policy

Due to the nature of the materials (cuttings, small wood blocks) and the fact that they are used for reference, all samples are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If you receive a sample that is incorrect or damaged, please contact our support team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Important Note on Ordering Samples:

  • Materials Available: Samples are available for wood finish and/or fabric and leather cuttings. Specialty materials such as metal, marble, or glass are not available as samples.

  • Quantity: You may request up to 3 samples per order.

  • Paid Sample Fee: If you are requesting wood finish samples from Bernhardt, Made Goods, or Universal Furniture, you will be required to purchase the "Wood Finish Sample Fee" product during checkout to cover the cost of these specialty items.
