- We chose fabric 424431 Grade 4 with contrast welt 424411 Grade 4 for detail.
- Available in both 24-inch counter height and 30-inch bar height, the Eastbluff design offers the exceptional comfort of an upholstered seat and back.
- The protective metal kick plate on the foot stretcher is finished in aged bronze. As shown, the fabric is Ventura pattern 423311.
- Body Fabric: 4244-31 Grade 4, Contrast Welt on Seat and Back: 4244-112 Gr 4
- Body Fabric: 5226-21 Grade 6
- The Newport collection draws inspiration from the relaxed yet sophisticated lifestyle of the coast.

Standard Shipping (Estimated 5-7 Business Days in Transit)
Our Standard Shipping service includes delivery to the nearest dry area of your home, such as a porch or garage. The item will remain in its box, and unpacking or removal of packaging materials is not included. A signature is required at the time of delivery, unless shipped via UPS or another small parcel carrier, which do not schedule delivery appointments. Please note, delivery does not include carrying items up stairs.

Return Policy
Grayson Living has a strict return policy, so please make your selection carefully. To initiate a return, submit a request by following this link. Eligible returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date and will incur a 35% restocking fee, along with outbound and return shipping charges.
How Do I Change My Order?
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, our standard return policy applies, including a 35% restocking fee and shipping charges for eligible returns.
For backordered items—those that are currently out of stock—cancellations must be requested no later than 30 days before the current estimated ship date. This excludes custom or made-to-order items, which cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
