Special Consideration
Woven Collection's Washed Ever Teak is a multi-step hand-applied finish. A wire brush is first used to distress the wood by hand before applying a polyurethane finish that is designed to resist naturally occurring wood finish changes from the outdoor elements. Due to the hand-applied nature of the finish, uneven application or uneven wire brushing is possible. Washed Ever Teak finish may fade and wear over time, and as the finish deteriorates, the natural teak underneath will become visible and gradually turn grey. The rate of this weathering will vary based on factors such as climate, exposure, and maintenance levels. To protect your furniture from the elements and minimize aging, we strongly recommend using outdoor covers. Outdoor furniture located near bodies of water, such as pools and spas, should be rinsed frequently to remove chlorine and chemical buildup. Prolonged exposure to these substances can dry out finishes and accelerate fabric deterioration and voids any warranty.

Our Standard Shipping service includes delivery to the nearest dry area of your home, such as a porch or garage. The item will remain in its box, and unpacking or removal of packaging materials is not included. A signature is required at the time of delivery, unless shipped via UPS or another small parcel carrier, which do not schedule delivery appointments. Please note, delivery does not include carrying items up stairs.
Standard Shipping is $99 for most items. Orders of $1,500 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping within the U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and certain brands such as Copeland Furniture.

Return Policy
Grayson Living has a strict return policy, so please make your selection carefully. To initiate a return, submit a request by following this link. Eligible returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date and will incur a 35% restocking fee, along with outbound and return shipping charges.
How Do I Change My Order?
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, our standard return policy applies, including a 35% restocking fee and shipping charges for eligible returns.
For backordered items—those that are currently out of stock—cancellations must be requested no later than 30 days before the current estimated ship date. This excludes custom or made-to-order items, which cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
