Introduce an understated tropical element to your space with this hand-tufted rug featuring a pattern reminiscent of large palm leaves. Available in oatmeal and sand, and in four sizes. Variations in colour, design and size are to be expected and embraced in each rug due to the distinctive weaving process followed by each artisan, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind piece. Shedding is inherent to wool rugs and will subside over time with regular vacuuming.
Designed for Medium Traffic usage. This rug works well in moderate traffic rooms such as home offices, dining rooms or bedrooms.

Shipping & Returns
Standard Shipping (Estimated 5-7 Business Days in Transit)
Our Standard Shipping service includes delivery to the nearest dry area of your home, such as a porch or garage. The item will remain in its box, and unpacking or removal of packaging materials is not included. A signature is required at the time of delivery, unless shipped via UPS or another small parcel carrier, which do not schedule delivery appointments. Please note, delivery does not include carrying items up stairs.
Standard Shipping is $99 for most items. Orders of $1,500 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping within the U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and certain brands such as Copeland Furniture.

Return Policy
Grayson Living has a strict return policy, so please make your selection carefully. To initiate a return, submit a request by following this link. Eligible returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date and will incur a 35% restocking fee, along with outbound and return shipping charges.
How Do I Change My Order?
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, our standard return policy applies, including a 35% restocking fee and shipping charges for eligible returns.
For backordered items—those that are currently out of stock—cancellations must be requested no later than 30 days before the current estimated ship date. This excludes custom or made-to-order items, which cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
